Our fees are based on the complexity of the search, the specialization of the potential candidates, and the opportunity for additional or multiple search assignments. Naturally you will want to discuss specific rates which we can provide during our initial conversation. Fees are charged only when we are successful in delivering the candidate you determine to be the best and which accepts the position and commences employment.
Our fee will be effective and applied should the candidate presented to you be offered and accepts any employment by your firm, any of its subsidiaries or by any company to which you may have referred the candidate to within a period of twelve months of introduction.
